Rosen Celebrates Women’s History Month

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) released the following statement in celebration of Women’s History Month.

“Throughout history, women have overcome discrimination and adversity to make incredible achievements,” said Senator Rosen. “This month marks a time to celebrate the progress and incredible historical achievements that we have made in Nevada and across our country. Women are making their voices heard in positions of leadership, including a female majority legislature in Nevada and two female senators representing the Silver State. Let us also keep working together to create a more equal society for all, which includes ensuring that an Equal Rights Amendment is ratified, enshrining women’s equality in our constitution.”
